1. Anti corrosion and fire protection performance of wooden houses
The fire resistance of wooden house is one of the common problems at present.
在原木屋中，木屋是我國唯一取得原木屋外墻、間隔墻先進消防標識的企業。2015 - 2016年，我們委托中國固定滅火系統及耐火構件質量監督檢驗中心對常用105mm墻體進行耐火性能測試。根據GB/T9978.1的有關規定，確定了豎向承重構件的耐火承載力、整體性和保溫性。我公司生產的木質房屋耐火承載力、耐火完整性、保溫均大于1.00h，符合規范要求。
Among the original wooden houses, the wooden house is the only enterprise in China that has obtained advanced fire-fighting signs for the exterior walls and partition walls of the original wooden house. From 2015 to 2016, we entrusted China fixed fire extinguishing system and fire-resistant component quality supervision and inspection center to test the fire resistance performance of commonly used 105mm walls. According to the relevant provisions of GB / t9978.1, the fire-resistant bearing capacity, integrity and thermal insulation of vertical bearing members are determined. The fire-resistant bearing capacity, fire-resistant integrity and thermal insulation of the wooden houses produced by our company are all greater than 1.00h, meeting the specification requirements.
The development of light wood and beam column structure is relatively mature in Europe, America, Japan and other developed countries, forming a perfect construction procedure and system. Worldwide statistics show that there is no evidence that wooden houses are more likely to catch fire than concrete houses. Generally, the light wood frame structure adopts the qualified refractory materials, which are constructed according to the construction requirements and have good fire resistance performance. Gypsum board, cement fiber board and other materials are usually used as the protective layer for the interior wall board and building cover plate of wood structure. The fire performance of the wall and floor structure mainly depends on the fire performance of the protective layer materials. Gypsum board is a common protective material, which is divided into fire-proof gypsum board and common gypsum board. Usually, tapping screws are used to directly connect the gypsum board to the wooden keel or wooden keel. Gypsum boards of different types and thicknesses can provide a maximum fire resistance of 0.5 to 3.0 hours.
2. Thermal insulation performance of wooden house
Wood is a natural insulating material, because of its cellular structure, there are millions of small holes. As the thermal conductivity of the material increases with the increase of its relative density, the thermal insulation performance of wood is better than that of high-density material, the thermal insulation performance of high-density material is about 10 times that of concrete and masonry, and 400 times that of solid steel. The external wall thickness of log villa is 70, 90, 105 and 136 mm respectively. On the ultra-thin 70mm wall, its insulation performance is also equivalent to 700mm thick concrete and masonry wall (concrete and masonry wall are generally 240mm thick).
The heat preservation effect of light wood structure building is the result of effective heat preservation materials such as wall, roof and floor. High thermal efficiency is the key to its fence structure, which is composed of six layers from the inside to the outside: wall lining (usually in the form of fire-proof gypsum board), damp proof layer (usually a polyethylene film), 1 non combustible insulation layer (usually filled with glass fiber cotton between the wall keel, the gap between the roof and the floor grid laid by the roof insulation material), external wall structure base plate, ventilation function of the building, The breath of the exterior wall decoration panel.
When using the same glass fiber or foam as insulation material, the heat preservation performance of the wooden house is 15% to 70% better than that of the steel structure. It can greatly reduce the energy consumption of buildings. When the outdoor temperature is the same in winter, the indoor temperature of wooden house is 6 ℃ higher than that of concrete structure. Summer is the opposite. The thermal insulation performance of wood building wall material and brick concrete structure wall can greatly save air conditioning, air conditioning electricity and gas. Research shows that wooden houses can save up to 60% of energy.
3. The wooden house has anti-corrosion and sound insulation performance
The sound insulation performance of wooden building is also better than other structural forms such as brick concrete structure. The thermal insulation materials such as glass fiber cotton or rock wool filled on the wall and floor of the light wood structure house are also good sound insulation materials, which can reduce the transmission of sound. In brick concrete structure, there is no common problem of transmission of impact noise. The heat preservation effect of glass fiber cotton or rock wool with the same thickness is 8-12 times that of concrete, and the noise reduction and absorption effect is 4 times that of concrete. The actual test results show that 50 mm thick fiberglass wool or rock wool can reduce the noise by 50 dB. Various functional buildings or walls with sound insulation requirements can adopt different forms to meet the sound insulation requirements. The cavity of the light wood building structure is filled with 50 mm thick double layers of glass fiber wool or rock wool, plus the metal insulation board (hanging outer board), gypsum board and bamboo wood fiber board (hanging board), its sound insulation performance can reach 30 times of the brick wall of the same thickness. If the requirements for sound insulation are very high, the purpose of sound insulation can also be achieved by increasing part of the cost.
